At Ash Manor School, we are proud to deliver a comprehensive, inclusive careers programme that supports every student from Year 7 through to Year 11. We understand the importance of high-quality Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) in helping young people make informed, confident decisions about their futures.
Our careers provision is fully aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks, the nationally recognised framework for excellence in careers education. These eight benchmarks guide our approach to ensuring students receive:

- Opportunities to link curriculum learning to careers
- Support for all learners, including those with SEND
All students have access to Unifrog, our digital careers platform. Unifrog enables students to explore career pathways, track skills development, and discover real-world opportunities including apprenticeships, college courses, and work experience placements.
